A few years later, Jim received orders for a three year tour as a United States Marine Corps Recruiter, one of the toughest jobs in the Corps. He exceeded his goal every month and was meritoriously promoted. The Marine Corps extended his tour of duty for an additional two years due to his success as a recruiter.
Jim retired from the Marine Corps in 1988 and decided to enter the world of residential real estate sales. Jim went to work for a nationally known real estate franchise and quickly became the company’s top producer.
He continued to consistently win the highest awards for individual production and customer satisfaction during his twenty year career in real estate. Jim was a Salesman, Broker, Broker in Charge, Sales Manager and General Manager of a nationally known Real Estate Franchise.
The sales office Jim managed also won the franchise’s highest awards for production and customer satisfaction continuously under his leadership and training.
